Delilah LD21193 Long Sleeve High Neck Sequin Sheath Gown with Cut-Out and Slit
Delilah LD21193 is a long-sleeve sequin sheath gown that balances a covered high neckline with a few well-placed openings. A slanted cut-out sweeps across the upper chest just below the collar, adding a graphic line to an otherwise closed front. Sequins and crystals cover every surface, including the slim sleeves that run all the way to the wrist. The gown follows the body through the waist and hips, opens at a high front slit, and flares lightly into a short sweep at the floor. Turn around and the back reveals a large keyhole opening framed by the sparkling bodice. A sophisticated option for evening dinners, award nights and formal winter events.

CANCELLATION POLICY (On In-Stock and Special-Order Items):
In-Stock Items - Orders for in-stock items are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Pre-Orders: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the refundable amount. Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you, and canceling them incurs costs.
DAMAGED PRODUCT, DISPUTES, & REFUSED PACKAGES:
- Damaged or Defective Products: It is important to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, by submitting the return request immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refused Packages: If you refuse delivery of an item, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit. Please note that this fee covers handling, shipping, and other associated costs.
Chargebacks: Any bank disputes resulting in store credit reactivation will incur a 50% reactivation fee and be re-issued remaining store credit immediately upon confirmation of bank resolution by customer.
STORE CREDIT:
Your store credit can be used on any product and has no expiration date. To use your store credit, simply sign into your email and search (FOSTANI gift card) copy the gift card code, and checkout as you normally would. At the payment step of checking out, paste the store credit code. Items purchased with a store credit as payment are final sale and non-returnable.
Note: Threaten a business with a chargeback or a negative review in an effort to get them to change their policies or in an attempt to gain a financial benefit. Such actions can potentially be deemed as abusive and could have legal consequences.
